OT disability & inclusion advisor

Mrs. Doha Yahfoufi, is an occupational therapist, a certified neuro-linguistic programing (NLP) Trainer, and disability inclusion advisor. She holds a BSc in occupational therapy with honors from the Lebanese university – faculty of public health, and a certification as NLP trainer from the Canadian Training center of human development (Montreal) and The Arabian Board of NLP. Currently, She works as an instructor at faculty of public health (Lebanese university), and Disability program coordinator at the Social Promotion Foundation.

She served as an external consultant and trainer on inclusion for the international labour organization (ILO) in several countries in the MENA region.

She served as a jury member of different international disability trophies such as “L’Oréal Disability Trophies”- MENA Region in 2014 and 2016 and zero project award- Geneva.

She worked at the Lebanese physical handicapped union between 2005-2017 where she has had several positions such as senior disability advisor & national coordinator of the economic & social inclusion program (selected one of the best practices in the world by zero projects in 2013 & 2017).

She has more than 14 years of experience in providing consultancies, designing and implementing trainings in the field of disability inclusion in Lebanon and the Arab region (Egypt, Qatar, UAE, Jordan, Oman etc.).

She participated as a speaker in several conferences on the national, regional and international level. She received trainings and certifications on different topics such as CBR, programs management, supported employment and job coaching.

إختصاصية في العلاج الإنشغالي/الوظيفي، مدربة معتمدة في البرمجة اللغوية العصبية، وإستشارية متخصصة في مجالالإعاقة والدمج

حائزة على إجازة (بكالوريوس) في العلاج الإنشغالي من الجامعة اللبنانية - 

كلية الصحة العامة، وشهادة مدربة معتمدة فيالبرمجة اللغوية العصبية من مركز التدريب الكندي للتنمية البشرية (مونتريال) والمجلس العربي للبرمجة اللغوية العصبية. 

تعمل حاليًا كمحاضرة ومدربة في كلية الصحة العامة في الجامعة اللبنانية، ومنسقة برنامج الإعاقة في مؤسسة التعزيزالاجتماعي الإسبانية.

عملت كمستشارة خارجية ومدربة في مجال الدمج والإعاقة لمنظمة العمل الدولية (ILO) في العديد من البلدان في منطقة الشرقالأوسط وشمال إفريقيا. شاركت كعضو تحكيمي في العديد من الجوائز الدولية حول الإعاقة

والدمج منها "جائزة لوريالللإعاقة" - منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا في عامي 2014 و 2016 وجائزة zero project  في جنيف.

عملت في جمعية إتحاد المقعدين اللبنانيين بين عامي 2005 و 2017، حيث شغلت عدة مناصب مثل استشاري متخصص فيالدمج والإعاقة والتجهيز الهندسي ومنسق وطني لبرنامج الإدماج الاقتصادي والاجتماع. (تم اختياره كأحد أفضل الممارساتفي العالم من قبل zero project  فيينا في 2013 و 2017).  

لديها أكثر من 14 عامًا من الخبرة في تقديم الاستشارات وتصميم وتنفيذ الدورات التدريبية في مجال الدمج و الإعاقة في لبنانوالمنطقة العربية (مصر ، قطر ، الإمارات العربية المتحدة ، الأردن ، عُمان ، إلخ).

شاركت كمتحدثة في العديد من المؤتمرات على المستوى الوطني، الإقليمي والدولي. كذلك حازت على افادات مشاركة فيتدريبات ضمن مواضيع مختلفة مثل التاهيل المجتمعي، إدارة البرامج، التوظيف المدعوم والتدريب الوظيفي.
